They were seeking to reach seniors as well as their caretakers with a nostalgic message that connected emotionally and could demonstrate how HouseCall can lift the burden of traveling to the doctor off of families.

Visual Voice created a tagline that emotionally connects with caretakers of homebound patients by utilizing nostalgia and the comfort of home. This concept was consistently used throughout the website to differentiate it from other medical practices, and to convey a sense of history and a feeling of “home.” It clearly shows the “Then/Now” concept on every page, creating a fun, nostalgic, and professional overall tone.
