Ensemble Recovery and Ensemble Medical sought out the help of Visual Voice when they were just a couple of weeks old. They wanted to create awareness of their primary care and addiction services throughout the Greater Knoxville community. Visual Voice assisted them in creating a comprehensive marketing plan, designing their websites, developing collateral materials, and creating television commercials to be shown throughout Knoxville. The two practices have individual messaging and plans, but exist in the same building and are built around the same philosophy of holistic care. Visual Voice also assisted with Public Relations efforts to launch the Ensemble Recovery brand, inviting the media to take part in a special community event they hosted.

Created two distinct marketing campaigns that built awareness of both businesses in the Knoxville Community.
Wrote and produced television commercials for Ensemble Recovery, creating an emotional connection with a variety of audiences.
Utilized local media outlets to generate awareness of the practice launching its first PR event.

In order to provide maximum exposure of Ensemble Recovery, Visual Voice wrote and produced three television spots to generate awareness. One spot was created to be more serious and focus on the hardship of addiction. The second and third spots focused on the hope that comes when a patient discovers the road to recovery with Ensemble Recovery.

The concept was to connect with the potential patient on an emotional level, and let them know the many services provided at Ensemble Medical, and how it is different from other practices in its holistic approach.

The tagline for Ensemble Medical was carefully crafted to work on multiple levels and provide versatility. “Live Life Well.” was created due to its ability to have two different meanings, as well as its interchangeability as a headline in marketing collateral.
